The Schedules section provides an easy way to schedule
events and facilities. For example, you may need to create a weekly schedule
for ministers of communion and greeters. You may also want to create a
monthly schedule for lectors. The Schedules section uses the individual
and group information from the Census section to help you to create flexible
schedules.
Schedules is designed to:
- Schedule Multiple Masses or events per day
- Exclude members form schedules for specific dates
- Add recurring events to the calendar automatically
- Review event schedule for potential conflicts during event
entry and scheduling
- Schedule facilities, such as buildings, auditoriums, and
other rooms
